What is Rotational Moulding
Rotational moulding is the manufacturing of hollow plastic parts/products. With Rotational moulding you can produce such products as garden planters, water butts or canoes. By rotational moulding products you can produce strong durable products that resised the weather and can last many years.
The process involves high temperatures of heat which melt the Meduim Density Polyethylene (MDPE) into a substance that can then be moulded to any shape.
What can be Rotational Moulded?

Can Rotational Moulding Help Me ?
One of the major benfits of rotational moulding is the manufacturing time. Within 1/2 hour your product (size of product will effect time) could be ready to send out to a customer.
If you find you need to change your products mould because of asthetic issues or sizing problems; unlike injection mould this would be a fairly inexpenive process. |
